During the high season, the island really comes alive. There’s a palpable buzz amongst the local residents and visitors alike, as they enjoy the many bars, restaurants and beaches Bequia has to offer. Throughout these months, you’ll find the island at its most vibrant as homeowners, holidaymakers, and sailors from all around the world come together to experience the magic of this special little island.
As we welcome the summer months, life on Bequia slows down to a more leisurely pace. However, there is still a lively social scene with many expats choosing to either live on the island or at least spend most of the year here. In addition, many restaurants and bars remain open for the lucky ones who have remained here, on this jewel of the Grenadines.
